What to do when your house is "unmarketable" because the house next door has devalued the neighborhood?
Town Counsel has determined next door is going to cost me between $ 10-15K. So far, I put my house on the market twice without success. A caravan of estate agents all agree to my house is very good, and is moving in a Government loan. What should I do now?
