How do I add photos to the sync folder from 1 to iPhone without deleting all the pictures you had there?

When I try to sync photos from my computer that says it will delete all files and records of the existence and replace the ones I'm going to get there? or something. That means that you delete all the pictures I took with the iPhone? or what? Is there a way to put photos there and keep those already tooken ?????? Thanx for supports

The photos you take with the phone are stored in the folder at the top ( "Camera Roll"), but to answer your question, no, not going to lose the photos you have taken with the phone. This simply means that if you edited the image from the computer, then going to change are in those folders on telephone, and (without touching the camera roll).
