Mobile phone upgrade-which phone??

I have a nokia 6230i and have used this phone for about 4 years. I am now due an upgrade but would like some advice on which would be a good one on a par with the 6230. I have previously avoided slide phones due to being a builder and only kept with the 6230 because of my car kit cradle. I now have a bluetooth handsfree car kit so any phone would do. Any recommendations would be great-also which ones to avoid.
